Ingredients

Directions
heat peanut oil and add sliced onions. stir to coat, add mushrooms and keep stirring. Add seared chicken breast or any leftover meat (optional). Add sliced squashes, chicken bouillon nd sazon. Towards end of cooking, add cumon, garlic powder and oregano.
