Cranberry Orange Greek Yogurt Oatmeal bars

Ingredients
Crust:1 c. flour1 c. quick oats1/2 c. packed brown sugar1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. cinnamon6 Tbs. butter, melted3 Tbs. water6 packets True OrangeCooking sprayFilling:1 1/3 c. dried cranberries3/4 c. plain Greek yogurt1/2 c. sugar2 Tbs. flour1 tsp. vanilla extract1 large egg, lightly beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 325*. To prepare crust, combine crust ingredients through cinnamon (also adding True Orange) with a whisk or fork. Once combined, drizzle butter and water over mixture, stirring until moistened. Reserve 1/2 c. of mixture, then press remaining mixture into the bottom of an 11x7 pan coated with cooking spray.

To prepare filling, combine list of filling ingredients, stir well and spread over prepared, unbaked crust. Sprinkle reserved oat mixture over top.

Bake at 325* for 40 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool in pan on wire rack.
