Ingredients
1 box Pillsbury Sugar Free Quick Bread Mix Cinnamon Swirl1/4 c eggbeaters1/2 c unsweet applesauce3/4 c water
Directions
Mix all ingredients except cinnamon mix in a bowl, put 1/2 in non-stick or stoneware loaf pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon mix over bread mix in pan. Add remaining bread mix then top with remaining cinnamon mix.
Bake 50 mins in 375 degree oven.
