Ingredients
Crust:1 1/4 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs (8 lrg rectangles)2 tbsp Turiva (24g)6 tbsp MargarineFilling:2 8oz packgs 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese1/4 cup Truvia (48g)1 tsp vanilla extract2 lg eggs1/2 cup 100% pure pumpkin1 tsp Ground Cinnamon1/2 tsp Ground Cloves1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
Directions
Crust:
Preheat Oven to 375. MIx Graham Craker Crumbs, Truvia and Margarine in small bowl. Press evenly into pie pan covering bottom and sides. Bake in preheated oven 6 to 8 minutes. Cool

Filling:
Preheat oven to 325. In large bowl combine Cream cheese, Truvia and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Remove one cup of the mixture and spread in bottom of cooled crust. Set aside.

Add Pumpkin, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Coves and Ground Nutmeg to the remaining Mixture. Stir gently until well blended. Carefully spread over the mixture already in the pie crust.

Bake in Preheated oven 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Allow to cool then refrigerate 3 hours or over night.

Cover with whipped Cream or Cool Whip (lite) before serving, Optional. this is not included in the calculations here.
