Stewed fennel

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil1 onion, diced1 clove garlic, minced2 bulbs fennel, cut in eights30 mL white wine,salt pepper
Directions
Heat oil in a non stick skillet and add onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add fennel and allow to soften and brown an little while stirring frequently. Add wine, salt and pepper and leave to stew for 15 -20 min on low heat.
