Designer Whey Protein powder, French Vanilla, .5 scoopLow fat cream cheese, 1 cup Jello Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Cheesecake Pudding mixTrader Joe's Organic Heavy Whipping CreamBob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal-1 cupCoconut flour - 1/4 cupStevia in the Raw, 1 serving Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 extra large Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated, 3 oz
Crust:
Mix egg, almond milk, stevia, flax seed and coconut flour. Bake in Oven for 5-8 min on 350.
Filling:
Mix whey protein, cream cheese, cream and pudding mix together to consistency.
Place on top of crust and chill.
Serving Size: Makes 11 muffin sized cheesecakes
