tomato,cucumber, avocado salad w/ chickpeas and homemade dressing

Ingredients
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded choped1 tomato, chopped1 small avocado, chopped2 cups garbanzo beans or chick peas, masheddressing: 1 tsp dijon mustard3 T apple cider vinegar1 tsp olive oilpinch saltpinch of italian seasoning1/2 T maple syrup.
Directions
mix all the veggies togeather in a bowl. in another small bowl mix the dressing, then toss with the vegetables. serve over mashed chickpeas.
