portabella mushroom snack/appetizer

Ingredients
1 mini portabella mushroom1 oz. provolone cheese1 tsp parmesan cheese1 slice tomatoe1 tbsp move over butter(or what you use)1/4 tsp garlicsprinkle of basil
Directions
melt butter, add garlic and stir.Brush mixture all over mushroom and tomatoe.Fry or grill to desired taste,sprinkle parmesan cheese on mushroom,layer tomatoe on next ,then provolone cheese. cover and melt.sprinkle with basil on top.
