Roasted Pepper & Hummus Wrap

Ingredients
2 tbsp regular hummus1/4 cup yellow peppers (sliced and roasted)1/4 cup red peppers (sliced and roasted)1/2 oz. feta cheese1 whole wheat tortilla
Directions
Slice yellow and red peppers and put them on to roast (I used my pre-heated George Foreman grill for about 6 to 8 minutes). While peppers are roasting, spread 2 tbsps of hummus on tortilla. Add 1/4 cup of each color of pepper. Be sure to leave grill on for final heating of wrap. Sprinkle with 1/2 oz. of feta cheese. Wrap and put on grill for a couple of mintues to toast the wrap. Delicious!
