Crock pot goat (1/2 c per serving)

Ingredients
lean goat meatcarrotsceleryonionspices - chil powder, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, allspice
Directions
season meat, brown in olive oil
chop carrots, celery & onion and put in bottom of crockpot
add seasoned/browned meat
add about 1/2 cup of water

set cooker on low cook until meat is tender and falls off bones. (remove bones and serve)
