Homemade Honey Peanut butter Candy Bar

Ingredients
Bar1 cup 100% natural non-sweetened crunchy peanut butter1/2 cup honey1 cup instant oatmeal plan2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakesChocolate Coating3 oz 100% unsweetened Dark Baking Chocolate2 tbs Safflower or coconut oil3 tbs honey
Directions
Mix peanut butter and honey together. Add oatmeal and coconut until texture of the inside of a candy bar. Melt the chocolate, 3 tablespoons of honey and oil together in a double boiler or microwave safe dish. Press peanut butter mixture into a 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Top with melted chocolate and refrigerate until chocolate is set. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
