Karen's cranberry, raisin goat cheese crouton salad

Ingredients
1 carrot1 tbsp cranberries ( unsweetened )1 tbsp raisins1/3 cup goat cheese crumbles4 cups spring salad mixCallendar gourmet toast ( 3 slices)
Directions
1. Slice carrot in slight slivers, add to large bowl
2. Add salad mix, cranberries, raisins, and goat cheese
3 Cut gourmet toast into crouton size and add
4 Toss thoroughly and divide into two large salad bowls/dishes
