Lemon Lara bites

Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews1 cup raw almonds9 pitted medjool datesjuice of 1 lemon
Directions
Process cashews and almonds in food processor until ground. Add dates, and lemon juice. If mixture appears dry and is not forming a dough, add some water, in small amounts, 1 tbl. at a time and process until mixture starts to come together in a stiff dough.

Remove and roll into balls. Store in refrigerator until firm. Makes 14.
