Gingery Chicken breasts

Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts2 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar5 garlic cloves, mashed2 tsp. ginger root, grated1 tbsp. ground cumin seed1 1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepperblack pepper to taste3 tbsp. + 2 tbsp. olive oil2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
Directions
Flatten chicken until 1/2" thick and place in a shallow dish. Whisk together vinegar, garlic, ginger, cumin, salt, cayenne, and pepper. Pour mixture over breasts, and turn breasts to coat both sides. Marinate for 30 minutes. Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a pan. Remove breasts from marinade and saute in heated oil until coked through. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
