Chicken Broccoli Mushroom Noodle Casserole

2-12.5 oz cans chunk white chicken in water2 cans 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup8 oz fat free sour cream1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1-16 oz bag frozen chopped broccoli8 oz container of fresh mushrooms1-12 oz bag of pasta (I used Wacky Mac brand veggie spirals)1/2 tsp peppersalt1/2 onion choppedAny additional seasoning, as desired.You could also add bread crumbs or cheese on top, but I did not include that with mine or in the nutrition calculation here.
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
While pasta is cooking, combine the soup, sour cream, and seasonings together in a large bowl. Then, add broccoli and mushrooms. When pasta is done, drain and fold in with other ingredients. Spread into casserole dish and bake for 30 minute, covered. If you want the top crispy, such as if you're making with bread crumbs on top, uncover the last 5-10 minutes.
