Kelly's Pork 'Sausage' patties

Ingredients
495gms pork mince (preferably lean)1 tbsp curry powder1 tsp paprika and /or chill1/5 tsp garlic, finely choppeda spray of cooking spray
Directions
1. Blend all spices and herbs in with pork mince. Then using a piece of cling film, mould pork mixture into a patty shape.

2. Cook in a non-stick pan (after adding a dash of cooking spray). Turn each patty a couple of times until browned and cooked through.

3. Enjoy!
