preheat over to 400 degrees. mix oil, egg, honey, milk together then add to brown rice flour and mix until smooth. Pour into greased cupcake tins or use paper cupcake holders. Once poured melt butter and brown sugar, stir, and ladle tablespoon size drops into each muffin.
