Simple brocolli soup

Ingredients
1 Tbl Coconut Oil1 cup raw brocolli2 medium carrots1/2 medium yellow onion1 tsp salt 2 cups chicken broth
Directions
cover veggies in coconut oil and salt, roast at 375 for 20 minutes.
Add roasted veggies to a high power blender such as a blendtec and cover with chicken stock. Hit soup button and puree.
