ground turkey and barley vegtable soup

Ingredients
8 oz ground turkey1 sm red potato1 stalk celery2 carrots4 cups water4 tsp. beef boullion1/2 cup barley
Directions
add potato, celery, carrot and beef broth to water. Cook ground turkey in separate pan until browned then drain and add to broth and vegetables. Cook for about 45 minutes. Add barley and cook for 15 minutes or until soft.
