Ingredients
0.50 tsp Salt 1 1tsp Olive Oil 0.75 cup Spinach, frozen 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 cup Onion - raw 4 serving almond meal (almond flour) - 1/4 cup 0.50 cup Pepper Bell, Green (1 cup = 5.3 oz, approx 1 pepper) 50 gram Cheese Goat Manchego 3 large Egg Yolk 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Butter, salted .25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Crust: Follow recipe for Almond Meal Crackers. Place rolled out cracker dough in a greased pie pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
Filling: Saute onion, bell pepper and spinach in olive oil and butter. Beat eggs. Add 1/2 cup cheese, salt and all veggies into egg mixture. Mix well. Pour this mixture into prepared crust. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes.
