Crockpot Beef and sauce

1 LARGE onion could NOT FIND PLAIN ONION IN THIS DATA BASE2 CUPS Mushrooms sliced1 package McCormick Cracked Peppercorn Gravy Mix for Steak2 cups boiling Water3 cloves Garlic, chopped1 TBS*Canola Oil1 lb Beef bottom round
Mix boiling water with package of cracked peppercorn gravy and 1 or 2 TBS dried onion soup mix, mix well until dissolved. Set Aside
Slice onions into thick slices, slice mushrooms, chop garlic. Add onions add garlic to skillet with 1 TBS canola oil, cook until onions are translucent, add mushrooms, saute until almost done.
Put meat in bottom of crock pot, top with onions, mushrooms and garlic. Pour sauce mix over the top and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
Serving Size: 3 ozs meat per serving, 1/2 cup sauce, I'm guessing 4-ish servings
