Spicy Fiesta Omlette

Ingredients
Cooking spray1 whole egg2 whole egg whites1/2 avacado sliced1/4 cup medium salsa
Directions
Spray pan with cooking spray and heat for a minute or two. Add one whole egg and 2 egg whites into a bowl and beat into mixed and frothy. Add dash of salt and pepper.

Pour eggs into pan.

Slice the avacado.

When you cook one side of the omlette and flip. Once cooked, flip in half and add the sliced avacado to the pan to warm them up.

Move avacados on top of your omlette and pour 1/4 c salsa on top. Enjoy!
