Toast the pecans in the preheated oven for about 5 minutesCream together butter, sugar and brown sugarAdd vanilla, egg and container of applesauceIn a separate bowl mix togetherGF flourOatsbaking soda, baking powder, salt, xanthum gum and cinnamon Add flour mixture to butter mixture, then add pecansUse a Tablespoon to spoon cookies on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake at 375 for 8 minutes or until cookies are light brown on top.
