Ingredients
1 cup AP Flour1 Tbsp Baking Powder1 cup Silk Pure Coconut milk3 egg yolks3 egg whites
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix coconut milk,and egg yolks. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients. Beat egg whites to a soft peak. Fold in 1/3 of egg whites then fold in the rest. Cook in a lightly greased skillet until golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 18 4in Pancakes
