Leamanach crockpot cauliflower brussels sprouts

Ingredients
1 LB cauliflower, frozen 1 LB brussels sprouts, frozen1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted2 velveeta cheese wrapped slices
Directions
1) Spray crockpot with cooking spray.
2) Pour frozen cauliflower and brussels sprouts into crockpot.
3) Dollop condensed soup over the top of veggies.
4) Cook on high for 1.5 to 3 hours (until veggies are cooked to your taste) OR on low 8-10 hours.
