Getting away from milk which I really enjoy but need to cut some things.Found a recipe for oat milk and the thing is you can modify it any way that tastes good to you. Vanilla or maple or almond or cinnamon flavors...experiment.2 cups of oats (I used rolled oats from Sprouts)5 cups of water (I used tap but you could use filtered)dash of salt if you like...or notflavoringblend 2 minutesenjoyshould be used within a couple of days though.
