1 8-inch Mission Low Carb Soft Tortilla1 Tbsp Kroger Parmesan and Romano Pasta Sauce1/4 cup Great Value Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella CheeseSprinkle of Shredded Sharp CheddarExtra Virgin Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Put tortilla on baking sheet. Brush Extra Virgin Olive Oil evenly on both sides or the tortilla.
Spread the 1 Tbsp Pasta Sauce evening across the tortilla. Sprinkle the 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese and the Sharp Cheddar.
Bake for 8 Minutes and turn the broiler on for 1 minute.
Cut into whatever kind of slices you want and enjoy!
