1 can creamed corn 1/2 of small bag of frozen corn1 can of chicken broth3 chicken bullion cubes1/2 large onion, diced2 medium carrots, chopped1 medium potato, chopped small (bite sized pieces)Salt to taste1 tsp rosemary1 tsp paprika 1/2 cup of half and half
Chop all veggies and add to crockpot with corn, broth and seasonings. Cook on high for two to three hours, or low for four to five hours. Twenty minutes before serving add half and half and stir.
Serving Size: Makes 5 two ladle servings of soup. Enough for two people to have quite a bit of leftovers.
