Ingredients
Butternut Squash, 3 cup, cubesParsnips, 2 cup, SlicesStewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt, 1.75 CupOnions, raw, 0.5 cup, choppedBarley, pearled, raw, 0.5 cupWater, tap, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)Sage, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Heat oven to 375F. In ungreased 3-quart casserole, mix all ingredients, breaking up large pieces of tomatoes.

Cover casserole. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until vegetables and barley are tender.
