Andyachi Koshimbir Egg Bhurji

Ingredients
2 medium onions finely choppedsalt1 tspn coriander powder1 tspn turmericpinch asafoetida1 tspn chilli powder0.5 tspn garam masala1 tbsp coriander chopped6 medium eggs beaten1 cup water3 tbsp sunflower oil
Directions
- In 3 tbsp oil toss the chopped onions and cook till they are transparent
- Add a pinch of asafoetida, turmeric, garam masala, chilli and coriander powder.
- Stir and add the coriander leaves.
- Stir and add a cup of water.
- After a boil slowly add the beaten egg and let it cook for further 5-10 mins until its cooked.
- Serve hot with ghavan or divshya
