Ingredients
Foster Farms Ground Turkey 85/15, 16 oz Sunny Select Sliced Water Chestnuts, 1 cup (4.9 oz can)Dynasty Sliced Bamboo Shoots, 8 oz canDynasty Hoisin Sauce, 4 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp Ginger Root, 2 T finely choppedGarlic, 4 clove finely choppedButter lettuce, 16 leaves Mushrooms, 1 cup, slicedSriracha, 2 t (or to taste)Cilantro, for garnish (optional)Peanuts, for garnish (optional)Additional hot sauce and soy sauce for garnish (optional)
Directions
Saute onion and mushrooms over medium-high heat in a large saucepan sprayed with cooking spray for about 5 minutes. Add turkey, breaking it up and cooking until almost no pink remains. Add water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, ginger, and garlic. Cook about 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and 1/2 t. of sriracha. Serve in lettuce leaves and garnish with cilantro and peanuts.
