Kicking Avocado Dip

Wash a whole avocado and slice it in half. Get rid of the seed. Scoop the ripe pulp into a bowl. Measure 114 grams (1/2 cup) of Chobani Greek yogurt into the bowl and mix well. Add to this mix: 1 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning, 1 tsp garlic, and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Mix well. Cover. Put into ice box & cool for several hours or serve immediately. If the top discolors, stir it all up to "refresh" the color.
No cooking required. Flavors improve with refrigeration. Cover and cool in ice box for several hours before serving for even better flavor.
