Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal1/3 cup all-purpose flour1/4 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt1 egg, beaten1 cup buttermilk
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.

Mix dry ingredients.

Add egg and buttermilk; stir thoroughly.

Pour into greased 8" or 9" pan (round)

Bake 15-20 minutes
