TURKEY ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

Ingredients
1. Onion-1 small chopped2. Green, red, yellow bell pepper (I use half of each if using all three-optional)3. 1 can cream of mushroom soup4. 1 can cream of chicken soup5. 1 can enchilada sauce6. 1 can cheese soup/nacho or cheddar 7. 1 can RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, rotel (the cheese dip stuff) (I added-not on original recipe)8. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce9. 1 sm can green chillies10. 1 cup sour cream (recipe calls for don’t think I’ve ever used it)11. Left over Turkey (shredded chicken or ground beef also can be used)12. Grated cheese (recipe calls for 1 ½ cups…but I usually use more)13. Tortilla chips
Directions
Sauté onion and bell peppers.
Combine ingredients 3-10 in large pot on stove while sautéing onion. When onion done add to mixture. Heat until well combined and just starting to bubble.
Crush tortilla chips and layer: chips, cheese, sauce, cheese, chips, cheese, sauce, cheese, chips, cheese, sauce, cheese…
