Cold Thai Vegetable Bowl Salad

Ingredients
Mix vegetables together in bowl.Add 1 tsp sesame ginger with 1 tablespoon lime juice and 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.Grind peanuts and sprinkle on salad.Toss and enjoy!The wide range of vegetables (try adding thinly sliced parsnips, sweet mini-peppers etc)
