Chicken, Kale, & Leek Soup

Ingredients
2 pounds chicken breast4 cups veg broth4 cups beef broth3 cups kale3 cups spinach2 cups mushrooms1 cup chopped leek (green & White parts)1 cup chopped celery6 green onions (green & white parts)1/4 cup red onion1 TBLS minced garlic1 TBLS sea salt1/2 TSP ground black pepper
Directions
Brown meat, then place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hour or on high for 4-5 hours.
