Quinoa Garbanzo Bean Salad

2 Packages Suzies Ready to eat Quinoa. (I bought it at Costco)2 Cups Garbanzo Beans (Could use Black Beans instead)1 Can Sweet Corn drained1 Pint Grape Tomatoes quartered1 Bunch Green Onions1 t. Cumin1/2 t. Dried Oregano1/2 t. Dried Basil2 Cloves Fresh Garlic1 Handful Fresh CilantroJuice of one Lemon or Lime
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve cold. If you want more of a Southwest flavor add a chopped Jalapeno or two and omit the Oregano and Basil.
