*Elk Steak, 12 oz *Potatoe (Red) with Skin Baked - Large, 8 Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can **drainedGreen Beans, Canned, Premium cut green beans, S&W, 1 can **drained*Beef bouillion cubes 1 cube, 5 serving *beef stew seasoning 1 envelope, 1 serving *1 med yellow onion, 1 serving
heat oil in a non-stick pot
diced meat into bite size
flour coat meat
cook meat on mid-high
while meat is cooking chop potatoe and onions
when meat is cooked it will look pastey from the flour, this will help in thicking the stew
add in four cups of water and 5 beef bouillion cubes
then add in all the veggies and turn heat down to low, cover with lid and let slow cook until the potatoes and carrots are to your taste.
Serving Size: makes 12-14 servings ( 1 cup)
