Chili tofu and greens

1 medium onion, sliced75 grams silky tofu, drained diced1 cup fresh broccoli1/2 cup fresh snowpeas1 chili (or less if you don't want it too hot)1 tbsp sunflower oil3 tbsp soy sauce (vegan)1 fl oz lime juice
slice onions, dice tofu to about half inch pieces, chop broccoli into individual florets, take ends and strings off snow peas
Heat a wok or deep pan with sunflower oil, it has to be really hot! Add onions, chili and tofu and cook until golden (about 2 minutes) then add broccoli, snow peas and soy sauce, let cook for about 7-8 minutes until broccoli is tender but not soft. Turn off the heat and stir through lime juice.
Serve over brown rice or rice noodles! As simple as that and it is packet full of nutrients and incredible flavour.
