Herbed Pan Pork Chops for Two

2 (4 oz.) Center cut Pork Loin Chops1/4 tsp. Black Pepper1/2 tsp. Lowry's Seasoned Salt1 tsp. dried Marjoram1 tsp dried ParselyNonstick Cooking Spray
Mix pepper, seasoned salt, marjoram and parsley in a small bowl.
Trim all visible fat from chops. Coat both sides of each chop with desired amount of spice mix.
Place nonstick skillet over medium-high heat on cooktop. Spray with PAM or other cooking spray (4 second spray at site where each chop will be placed).
Lay chops in skillet on sprayed areas. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side (spraying skillet with PAM again when turning). Remove to platter and cover with lid, allowing to rest for 2-3 minutes. Serve.
