Winter Salad

Ingredients
2 heads bibb lettuce1 bunch watercress1 apple, chopped2 Tbsp chopped pecans, toasted3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar1 Tbsp Dijon mustard1 Tbsp olive oil1 tsp honey
Directions
1. Clean and chop lettuces. Toss together and divide among 4 salad plates.
2. Combine apples and pecans; sprinkle over lettuce.
3. Whisk together remaining ingredients; drizzle over salad.
