Ham and Lentil Soup

Ingredients
2 cups chopped onion1 1/2 c chopped carrots1 c chopped celery2 T coconut oil8 c broth/stock/bouillon (ham or chicken or vegetable)2 T minced garlic8 oz ham12 oz lentils1 ham bone (if available)
Directions
Heat oil. Add celery, onion, and carrots. Cook for approx. 4 minutes with seasonings. Add ham bone and broth. Simmer 30 minutes. Add lentils and simmer until done.
