Vegetable Beef Soup

1 can of tomato juice1 can of diced tomatoes (I used the ones with basil and garlic)1 can of green beans2 cans of corn1 can of carrots1 can of black beans2 cans of whole potatoes*you can add any canned veggie you want to this* **edit** after I had this on the stove for about two hours, I decided it was missing something....I added a frozen bag of peppers and onions to it....absolutely awesome!
cook the ground beef and drain the grease away....
add the tomato juice, diced tomatoes (undrained) to the crock pot
drain all the other veggies and add to the crockpot
cook on low for 6 hours
***you can add any type of seasoning to this depending on you tastes....
Serving Size: i've got it calculated to make 12 2-cup servings....you can track 1/2 a serving for 24 1-cup servings
