Sweet Potato Crockpot Chili

Ingredients
*Beans, Kidney beans, 2-14oz cansOnions, raw, 1 largeCanned Tomatoes, 16 oz (I used home-canned tomatoes)*Homemade vegetable stock, 4 cupsYellow Peppers (bell peppers), daiced, 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Sweet potato, 1 sweet potato, peeled and diced, 5" long *Cumin seed, 1 tspChili powder, 1 tsp *Ancho Chili Powder, 1 tsp*canned jalapeno peppers, 1 tbsp Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
Directions
Sautee chopped onion and garlic in a non-stick skillet until translucent and fragrant. Place onions, garlic, and all other items in crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours. Enjoy with sour cream, avocado, shredded cheese, and tortillas.
