12 wooden skewers, soaked in water for an hour 12 slices turkey bacon1 pound grilled chicken breasts, cooked and chopped into bite-size pieces 12 cherry or grape tomatoes 3 hard-boiled eggs, quartered2 avocados, chopped into bite-size pieces* * If not serving immediately, toss avocado chunks with lemon juice to avoid browning.
Thread the bacon on the skewers, folding each piece back and forth like a ribbon. You want the bacon to be in the middle of the skewer.
Microwave until cooked.
Allow the bacon to cool, then carefully thread two chunks of chicken, 1 tomato, 1/4 hard-boiled egg and 1-2 chunks avocado onto each skewer.
Serve immediately.

I just have to say that some of the "recipes" lately have been pretty dumb--like this one. And what's with all the dessert recipes on the log in page--why tempt people with endless desserts--not that I'm a big dessert person.
