Perry's Salad

Ingredients
2 Cucumbers peeled3 RIPE tomatoes--the juicier the betterRed onionsFeta CheeseOlive oilOreganosalt
Directions
Peel and slice cucumbers, cut tomatoes in wedges, slice red onion, put all in a bowl and then add Olive oil, Stir well to coat all the veggies, then add Feta Cheese crumbles, then add oregano, and salt to taste. Makes approx 6 3/4 cup servings. We like to dip Whole wheat bread in the juice!
