Banana Walnut Quinoa Flake Muffis

Ingredients
2 bananas, mashed3/4 cup apple sauce1/4 cup yogurt2 Tbsp ground flax mixed with 1/4 cup waterTbsp coconut oil, melted *optional 1 apple, grated1 cup quinoa flakes1/2 cup oats1/3 cup walnuts, choppedtsp vanilla and cinnamon pinches of nutmeg, allspice and salt
Directions
-Mix all ingredients together.
-Scoop into sprayed or oiled muffin tins.
-Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and muffins are starting to brown on top.
