Cashew Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup of gluten free all purpose flour1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. baking soda1 egg1/2 cup of cashew butter1/2 cup of coconut sugar1/2 cup of Ideal no calorie sweetener brown sugar1 stick margarine1 tbsp. water
Directions
Sift together flour, salt, and soda. In separate bowl, mix together egg, cashew butter, sugar, brown sugar, margarine, and water. Add flour mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes in ungreased pan.
