6 Chicken Leg quarters1/2 cup Lite Sodium Soy Sauce1/2 cup cider vinegarsalt pepper to taste
Wash and dry chicken. Place chicken legs in roasting pan large enough to leave space between them Pour liquid over chickent. Cook in 350 degree oven until legs cooked.

We made this the other night & were very pleased with the results. Substituted Worcestershire Sauce as we didn't have soy sauce. Really thought the combo of this and the vinegar were terrific. Also, flipped the chicken at halfway point to get the mixture all over ea pc. Going into regular rotation! - 6/5/12

I haven't made this yet, but have it printed off. It sounds wonderful. I will probably use chicken thighs, skinned but that is the only change! This is one of those recipes where you bake it according to the altitude where you live. I will check mine after 45 minutes since I am at 6400' - 3/30/08
