Crust:2 Tbs Active dry yeast1 cup warm water2 1/2 c flour2 Tbs olive oil1 ts salt1cup sauce30 pepperoni8 oz mozzarella cheese
Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl.
Mix other crust ingredients in until a dough forms. Cover and let rise for 5-10 minutes.Heat oven to 425 degrees
Grease pizza pan. Roll dough onto pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes
Remove from oven. Spread sauce on top. Add cheese and pepperoni. Return to oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and pizza is cooked through.
